Chris Reiser was honored at the 2026 Spirit of Volunteerism event for his exceptional leadership and unwavering commitment to Wings of Valor Lodge. As one of the leaders and mentors of our Ambassador team, Chris has played a vital role in shaping a culture of service, connection, and excellence. For more than six years, he has been an integral part of our mission—consistently investing his time, heart, and leadership to ensure every Veteran guest receives a world-class experience.

Mission in Motion: Connecting with Women Veterans Beyond the Lodge

Even during the off-season, our commitment to the mission remains active and intentional. Sharing the story of Wings of Valor Lodge—and the impact it has on the Veterans we serve—is essential to building awareness, connection, and continued support.

On Saturday, April 11, we were honored to participate in the 5th Annual Women VetsConnect Wellness Retreat hosted by Community Action for Veterans. This meaningful event brought together women Veterans in a space focused on healing, wellness, and connection—values that closely align with our own.

Opportunities like this allow us to extend our reach beyond the lodge, meet Veterans where they are, and reinforce our shared commitment to restoring the mind, body, and spirit through community and purposeful experiences.
