Wings of Valor is a lodge unlike any other.  Located on some of the best habitat in eastern South Dakota, we are just 40 minutes from Sioux Falls and we offer world-class pheasant hunting.    Wings of Valor operates on the mission of supporting those who have served by providing a gathering place to motivate and empower veterans in the outdoors.  This 501(c)3 non-profit is a fully-accessible commercial hunting lodge available to all to book a great South Dakota pheasant hunt.  Your corporate or family hunt will support the mission of bringing our veterans home.  We host Disabled Veterans hunts twice a month and hunt commercially the remainder. Join us by calling 605-297-4868 and making your reservation for this fall!  It's time to enjoy freedom and support our veterans by visiting Wings of Valor Lodge!

We recently finished our new facility, offering 3,200 square feet of fully accessible accommodations and featuring six individual bedroom suites.  Wings of Valor Lodge is the only fully-accessible hunting lodge in South Dakota, making it an outstanding choice for Veteran's groups and hunters of all accommodation needs.

"While at the lodge, I felt more comfortable than I do in my own home!"

-Jim, USAF

"Just spent three days at Wings of Valor Lodge and can honestly say that this is a world-class organization."  'It warms my soul'...'they are truly for healing."

-Jamie, USN

We have some of the best habitat in eastern South Dakota.  Farmed and groomed for pheasant hunting, the lodge has been in the business since 2003, hosting family and corporate hunts.  We have been utilizing the lodge for disabled veterans enjoyment since 2006.

Incorporating as a 501(c)3 in 2019, we built a new totally wheelchair accessible lodge and have hosted over 200 disabled veterans for the enjoyment of the outdoors and pheasant hunting along with continuing our corporate operations.

Wings of Valor Lodge is supported by the gifts and kindness of many donors and volunteers. With your support, personal or corporate, events and lodging will be supplied to our veterans. The continued goal of Wings of Valor Lodge is to welcome each disabled Veteran with caring arms, FREE of cost. Partnering with Sanford Health, we also offer curriculum and clinical support to reinforce our passion for care of "body, mind and spirit".

If you want to be part of our mission, please notify us with your caring offer.

God Bless America.

Book a Hunt

While Wings of Valor Lodge focuses on disabled Veterans, we are still carrying forward with traditional  corporate or individual pheasant hunts.  We take in groups from 6 - 16 hunters and can hunt until March 31.

We are booking for the 2021-2022 season at this time.  Please contact us at 605-297-4868 to secure a spot for your group.
